Shipping & Payment
Delivery is calculated in a basket at the address and composition of the order. The site is connected with the CDEK, 5post, Russian Post, Yandex Delivery, Moscow courier, pickup and international EMS; payment is by card, PayPal or by count.

Shipping methods and cost depend on the delivery address, order weight, and order contents. Available options are calculated at checkout; a service that is unavailable for a particular address will not be shown.
Russia
Yandex Delivery, CDEK, 5Post, and Russian Post are available through connected logistics modules. The applicable rate and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout.
Moscow
Courier delivery within Moscow is available as a separate shipping option. Cost and availability depend on the delivery address.
Pickup
Pickup is available for orders placed in advance. Pickup hours are weekdays from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before arriving.
Outside Russia
EMS may be available for international destinations. Final shipping availability and cost are determined at checkout.
Payment on the New Website
Bank Card
Card payments are processed through the connected banking payment interface. The store does not receive or store full bank-card details.
PayPal
If PayPal is available for your order, payment is completed in the PayPal interface and is also governed by PayPal’s applicable terms and privacy policy.
Invoice for Legal Entities
Where available at checkout, legal entities may pay an invoice issued by OOO “EXITO”.
