1. General Provisions
The Public Offer defines the conditions for the remote sale of products presented on the INJIR HAIR online store. For consumer buyers, the mandatory provisions of the Russian Consumer Protection Act and the Sales Rules under the retail sales contract are applied. for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs purchasing products for business activities, civil law and agreed terms of the order are applied.
2. Product and Pre-Order Information
Product name, variant/SKU, price, quantity, key characteristics, availability, and other relevant information are shown on the product page and in the cart. Where required by law, conformity information is provided on the applicable product or technical pages.
3. Placing an Order
The buyer selects the SKU and quantity, reviews the cart, provides the necessary contact and delivery information, and selects from the available shipping and payment methods. After the order is submitted, the system assigns an order number and generates confirmation. The terms of a specific order are determined by the information recorded at checkout and in subsequent confirmation documents.
4. Prices and Professional Pricing Tiers
Base and personalized prices are shown on the website. A personalized price may depend on the verified account status (professional’s client, professional, partner). Tier conditions are described on the “Pricing & Benefits” page. Shipping is calculated separately.
5. Payment
Depending on the order, available payment methods may include bank card through the connected payment interface, PayPal, and invoice payment for legal entities. The methods actually available are shown at checkout; the seller is not required to support a method that the system does not offer for a particular order.
6. Shipping
Available shipping may include connected delivery services, Moscow courier delivery, pickup, and other methods supported for the destination. Cost and estimated delivery time are calculated at checkout. See: Shipping & Payment.
7. Delivery and Inspection
Upon receipt, the buyer is advised to check the number of packages, packaging integrity, and whether the delivery matches the order. If visible damage or a discrepancy is found, the buyer should, where possible, document it at delivery and contact the seller.
8. Withdrawal, Exchange, Returns and Defects
Distance sales are subject to Article 26.1 of the Russian Consumer Protection Law and other applicable rules. Detailed procedures for returning goods of proper quality and making defect-related claims are set out on the Exchanges & Returns page. This Public Offer does not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be restricted by contract.
9. Professional Products
Information on the use of professional cosmetics on the website and in the Academy does not replace the instructions for the specific product, hair diagnosis, required tests, or safety procedures. The seller is not responsible for consequences caused by use contrary to product instructions, without prejudice to any seller liability for defects in the goods where such liability is established by law.
10. Personal Data
Personal data processing is governed by the Personal data processing policy. Where the Controller relies on user consent, that consent is obtained separately: Consent to Personal Data Processing. Promotional communications are sent only on the basis of separate voluntary consent.
