The consent to the processing of personal data is separate from the offer and covers only the data and actions required for the account, order, payment, delivery and support, and can be withdrawn.
Consent to Personal Data Processing
I, a user of the INJIR HAIR website, freely and voluntarily give OOO “EXITO” (INN 9723109461, OGRN 1217700002684, address: 13 Akademika Koroleva St., Bldg. 1, Office 213, Moscow 129515, Russia) my consent to process my personal data to the extent necessary for the action I choose to perform on the website.
Purposes
- creation and operation of an account;
- placing and fulfilling an order and preparing related documents;
- payment processing and transmission of necessary information to the payment provider;
- delivery and transmission of necessary data to the selected delivery service;
- support, returns, claims, and communications relating to the order;
- activation of professional status at the user’s separate request.
Categories of Data
First name, last name, and other identifying information provided by the user; email address, phone number, delivery address, recipient details, order information, and, for companies, provided organization details; plus technical data necessary for account operation and security.
Processing Operations
Collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, provision/access to contractors to the extent required for the relevant purpose, anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction.
Duration
Until the processing purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn, unless the Controller has another legal basis to continue processing after withdrawal. Documents relating to fulfilled orders may be retained for mandatory periods established by law.
Withdrawal
A withdrawal request may be sent to system@injirhair.ru. Marketing communications are not covered by this consent and require a separate consent to informational and promotional communications.
