- At the end of the specified processing time, rinse thoroughly with warm running water and complete the technical finish according to the ArtX service instructions, including the appropriate post-color cleansing and conditioning steps.

What if the color doesn't match the palette?
A shade chart is a reference, not a guarantee of the exact result on every head of hair. Our approach teaches the colorist to diagnose the starting canvas and formulate toward the client’s target rather than relying on the swatch alone.
Is the dye stable?
Yes, the dye is highly resistant to classical use.
How much color does it shine?
Nirvel describes lift of up to 5 levels within the appropriate ArtX/BlondU high-lift service. Actual lift depends on the eligible natural starting base, hair characteristics, application zone, developer, temperature, and service protocol.
What if I don't close the gray?
ArtX is designed for gray coverage up to 100%. On resistant gray/white hair, the result depends on diagnosis, hair structure, formula, developer, application, and processing. That is why resistant gray coverage is taught as a separate professional service.
How's he doing on the blonde?
With accurate diagnosis and formulation, ArtX can be used predictably within appropriate blonde services. We use Axiom System color maps to plan hue direction and anticipate how the formula will interact with the starting canvas.
Is he ruining his hair or not?
Any oxidative color service changes the chemical condition of the hair to some degree. It is more accurate to talk about managing damage than to claim that oxidative color “does not damage” hair. ArtX contains conditioning components, while the final result depends on diagnosis, developer choice, processing time, and the condition of the hair.
